GENERAL CONDITIONS
A reservation will take effect as soon as Hacienda Wayaca Apartments receive payment, on our account, with a minimum of 50% of the total amount per rented room. For Long term there is an additional deposit. The deposit will be returned to you when you leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition on your departure.
- We offer a special price for Long Term Stay upon request.
- The price of the apartment is based on 2 guests per night.
- We do not provide special facilities for children.
- Prices are subject to change without notification.
Cleaning
Change of bed sheets is once per week and towels twice per week.
The apartments are suitable for 2 adults. It is possible for one additional person to reside in the apartment utilizing the hide-a-bed couch. The surcharge for the additional person is US$ 20 per night.
Cleaning fee $25 USD
Cancellation
Upon cancellation, maximum 2 weeks before arrival date the down payment will be reimbursed. Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival your down payment will not be reimbursed. We strongly recommend that you get cancellation insurance. At cancellation the contract will become invalid and Hacienda Wayaca Apartments will be renting the rooms again. If you have to cancel your stay, no reimbursement of the remaining days will be made.
Cancellation by Hacienda Wayaca Apartments
Hacienda Wayaca Apartments, only in case of unforeseen circumstances (floods Hurricanes etc.), has the right to cancel the reservation. In such a case your down payment will be send back to the guest and other local accommodation be suggested.
Taxes
The prices are included 9.5% Tourist tax and US$3 stay tax per rented room per night. Taxes, we need to contribute to the government.
Utility costs
Our prices are inclusive of water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and cable T. V. at normal use. We are not responsible for any failures in the delivery. We ask everyone to be economical with gas, water, electricity and internet usage. Therefor we ask you kindly to switch off the air conditioner when you are not present in the apartment and not to download movies during your stay. The owner reserves the right to switch off the air conditioner if you are not present in your apartment.
Use of premises
We would ask our guests to use our rooms and property quietly and with respect. The use of the pool is only for our guests and at your own risk. Smoking is allowed outside of your apartment, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside the apartment. The BBQ is free of use, please clean up after use.
Capacity
Our accommodations are rented for an exact number of people as agreed on. If more guest than planned arrive, Hacienda Wayaca Apartments is entitled to refuse them.
Animals
Pets are not allowed at Hacienda Wayaca Apartments.
Valuables
Hacienda Wayaca Apartments cannot be held responsible for valuables left in bedrooms and declines all responsibility in case of lost of theft.
Hacienda Wayaca Apartments cannot be held responsible for car theft or joyriding from premises and is not responsible for any damage of vehicles parked on her premises.
Down payment
By paying the down payment you agree with the rental terms.
